A man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping after he alledgedly held a man at gunpoint on Winchester Road Monday night.

Police initially were called about a man being held against his will about 10:30 p.m. Monday, .

When police arrived, the reported victim said everything was fine, and police left the scene, Roberts said. The victim's name wasn't available.

A second call reported a man was being held at gunpoint in a dark-colored van, Roberts said.

About 11 p.m., an officer attempted to pull over the van, but the driver refused to stop, Roberts said.

Blackburn eventually fled on foot and was found by a K-9 unit; Blackburn was hiding behind a building in the 300 block of Chestnut, Roberts said.
