Versailles man dies after heart attack at The Fresh Market

A Versailles man died Tuesday after suffering a heart attack and falling from a ladder at The Fresh Market on Tates Creek Road in Lexington.

Christopher M. Holt, 25, was pronounced dead at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, according to the Fayette County coroner's office.

Holt was taken to the hospital after falling from the second rung of a ladder while working in the grocery store. He was known to have a heart condition. Blackburn and Ward Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
