Murphy + Graves + Trimble, formerly known as Murphy + Graves Architects, has new name and website.

The firm's new name reflects the promotion of Charles Trimble to principal.

Murphy + Graves + Trimble is a design firm focusing on institutional, K-12 and higher education, government and judicial, public safety, residential, commercial, and urban design work. Timothy Murphy and Steven Graves founded the firm in 2004 and remain as principals.

■ Community Acupuncture in Berea is now Blue Lotus Health & Acupuncture, Berea. The office is now part of Blue Lotus Health & Acupuncture in Lexington, owned by the husband-wife team of Ramon and Arwen Careaga, Chinese medicine practitioners who received their master's of science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from San Diego's Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2012.
