A 43-year-old woman offered a state trooper money and sex to avoid arrest following a traffic stop, according to Kentucky State Police.

Tracy L. Warner, of Shelbyville, was stopped shortly after midnight Friday on Ky. 395 at a traffic checkpoint; police said Warner, who had an open container of alcohol, made repeated attempts to "avoid detention by offering cash and sexual favors in exchange for her release," according to the state police. She was taken to Shelby County Detention Center and charged with driving under the influence, having an open container of alcohol, and bribery of a public servant, a class C felony.
