August 5, 2013

The Residence Inn Lexington Keeneland Airport has been honored by Marriott International with a Gold Award. General manager Mike Tinker accepted the award on behalf of the hotel at Marriott's general managers' conference in Orlando, Fla.

The hotel, at 3110 Wall Street, earned the award by staying in the top 10 percent of the brand in guest satisfaction scores in 2012.

The Residence Inn Lexington Keeneland Airport is owned by TMI Hospitality, a hospitality management company based in Fargo, N.D.

Traci Willis of Towne & Country Real Estate has earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification from the National Association of Realtors. The association offers the certification to Realtors who want to help buyers and sellers navigate these often complicated transactions.

In addition, the Kentucky Housing Corp., the state's housing finance agency, has endorsed Willis as a KHC-certified real estate agent, qualified to assist customers in obtaining the services offered through KHC.
