Man who failed to return from work pass back in Fayette jail

UPDATE: Eads was arrested and returned to jail at 3 p.m. Saturday, jail officials said.


Fayette County Detention officials are searching for an inmate who failed to return from a court-ordered work pass on Friday.

Robert Lee Eades had originally been charged with fourth degree assault and is now also wanted on an escape charge. He is described as a white male, 38, 5-foot tall, 130 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
