London woman dies in two-vehicle crash

A London woman died Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash, Laurel County Sheriff John Root said in a news release.

Bonnie Hancock, 67, was driving west on Ky. 192 when her Nissan Sentra crossed into the opposite lane and hit an oncoming pickup truck head-on, according to the release.

The crash killed Hancock.

The driver of the pickup, Lattie Neely, 53, of London, was flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Her condition was not immediately available.

The cause of the wreck has not been determined, according to the release.

The wreck happened at 1 p.m. about 10 miles west of London.
