NASCAR's annual Sprint Cup Series race at Kentucky Speedway has been scheduled for June 28, 2014.

NASCAR announced its complete schedule for next season on Tuesday, and Kentucky's race in Sparta remained in its traditional midsummer spot.

Just like in the past two seasons, the Kentucky race falls between events at Sonoma (Calif.) Raceway on June 22 and Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway on July 5.

The race will be televised live on TNT.

The race start time has not yet been announced, but the previous three Kentucky races have been schedule at night, on July 9, 2011, then June 30, 2012, and June 29 this year.

The 2013 race was postponed by rain and ultimately run the following afternoon.

Matt Kenseth won the 2013 race. Brad Keselowski came out on top the previous year. Kyle Busch won the inaugural Kentucky Speedway race in 2011.

As it has the past three years, Kentucky Speedway will host an entire weekend of NASCAR races, with the truck series on Thursday, June 26, and the Nationwide series on Friday, June 27.

The Nationwide series returns to the track for a second race on Sept. 20, 2014.
