Home sales continue to outpace 2012

October 23, 2013

“For the ninth straight month, the number of homes sold has outperformed the same period in the previous year. In September the number of sales of all residential property rose 23 percent over last September. We’re also seeing a dramatic increase in residential building permits in September after a relatively flat August. All good indicators for the local housing sector,” said David O'Neill, Fayette County property valuation administrator.
