Highly touted Class of 2014 shooting guards James Blackmon Jr. and Devin Booker are ready to reveal their college decisions.
Blackmon Jr. is scheduled to announce Thursday night on ESPNU. An ESPN spokeswoman told the Herald-Leader that Blackmon's announcement will be televised during halftime of the football game between Louisiana-Monroe and Troy. That game is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff, so Blackmon's announcement will likely come sometime around 9 p.m.
The 6-foot-2 Blackmon is the son of former UK player James Blackmon and is considered one of the best shooters in high school basketball. ESPN ranks him as the No. 19 overall prospect in the class.
Blackmon is expected to choose from Michigan, Kentucky and Indiana.
Booker announced earlier this month he would decide Thursday. The No. 30 overall prospect in the class will make his decision known around 4 p.m. EDT at his high school in Mississippi. He is considering UK, Missouri, Michigan and Michigan State.
