Crews work to remove truck wreckage after Interstate 75 crash outside Lexington

All lanes of northbound Interstate 75 have reopened after a single-truck crash, but crews will work to remove the tractor-trailer through late Wednesday morning, according to Lexington's traffic management center and police.

The truck went off the road at the northern I-75 and Interstate 64 split, according to authorities. Traffic turning north onto I-75 was temporarily limited to one lane with extra police units on site to keep traffic moving as smoothly as possible, police said at 8:30 a.m.

According to police, the truck apparently went out of control and rolled onto its side.
