Link-Belt's Pennsylvania sales shifting hands

Lexington-based Link-Belt Construction Equipment announced Monday that in January, the New England-based Wood's CRW Corp. will buy assets and retain employees at the former Link-Belt Mid-Atlantic branch in Carlisle, Pa.

Link-Belt Mid-Atlantic will continue to handle sales in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington, D.C.

Wood's CRW Corp. is a perennial top-five sales volume distributor for Link-Belt, with a territory that covers New England and most of New York state and now will include Pennsylvania.

Link-Belt Construction Equipment Co. is a leader in the design and manufacture of telescopic boom and lattice boom cranes for the construction industry worldwide.
