A Tennessee man was killed Tuesday night in Pulaski County when his truck ran off Ky. 70 at Eubank, authorities said.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Department identified the victim as Rubin Coffey of Powell, Tenn.

Coffey, who was alone in the truck, was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said.

The crash occurred just before 8 p.m. Tuesday, the sheriff's department said.

Deputies said Coffey apparently lost control of the box truck when one wheel slipped off the edge of the pavement.

The truck then hit a culvert and flipped, coming to rest in a field beside the road, the sheriff's department said.
