Farmers Capital Bank Corp.: James Barsotti has been promoted to senior vice president of internal audit. J. Bradford Southworth has been promoted to vice president of internal audit.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati: The following have been elected from Kentucky to serve four-year terms on the board of directors: Greg W. Caudill, president and CEO of Farmers National Bank in Danville, and David E. Sartore, senior vice president and chief financial officer for Ohio Valley Financial Group in Henderson.

MML&K Government Solutions: Sara Osborne, former executive director for the Office of Intergovernmental Services in the state Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, will join the company as chief of staff.
