Bowling: Men's, women's open tournaments begin in February

The Greater Lexington USBC will hold its annual open tournaments next month at Collins Bowling Centers-Southland, with events for men and women.

The Open tournament will feature five-person teams and the women's event will have four-person teams. Each will also have singles and doubles competitions.

The entry fee is $22.00 per bowler per event for each tournament, which will be held the weekends of Feb. 15-16 and 22-23.

Entry forms are available at all area bowling centers with a deadline of Feb. 1.

■ The 35th Bradley Open will conclude Sunday at Collins Bowling Centers-Eastland The winner will earn $10,000 and a paid entry to the 2015 USBC Masters Tournament.
