Georgetown police investigate tire slashings

Georgetown police are investigating tire slashings at car dealerships.

Sgt. Jason Bruner said tires were slashed Wednesday night at two car dealerships. J & B Auto Mart at 310 Connector Road had 71 tires slashed, and Top Gun Auto Sales on 1040 Paris Road had 17 tires slashed.

Bruner said the owners haven't estimated the cost to replace the tires. Anyone with information to call Georgetown police at (502) 863-7826.
