Country singer Luke Bryan's sold-out concert that had been scheduled for Friday at Rupp Arena has been postponed until Feb. 21.

Previously purchased tickets for the concert will be honored for the new date, Rupp Arena officials said in a news release.

Bryan's "That's My Kind of Night" tour began in Columbus, Ohio, on Thursday and is scheduled to continue at venues around the United States through October. His next show, on Saturday at Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, will go on as scheduled, according to the arena.

The Rupp date's postponement comes after part of Bryan's stage was damaged in Columbus early Friday morning while it was being dismantled.

A Columbus television station's website, Nbc4i.com, reported that firefighters and rescue crews were called to the Schottenstein Center in Columbus when four workers tearing down the stage after the concert were injured when a part of the stage fell over. The injuries were reportedly not serious.

The damage occurred after the Columbus show had ended and no fans were in the building, the news release from Rupp Arena said, adding that the tour's team would make repairs so the tour may continue.

All of Bryan's shows through March are sold out, according to the singer's Web site, Lukebryanlive.com.

Bryan, 37, won the most recent Academy of Country Music entertainer of the year award.

The Lexington concert was to be Bryan's second stop on his 74-concert tour this year.
