Kentucky Bank: Chris Menser has joined the bank's wealth management department as a financial adviser.

Peoples Exchange Bank: Paul Edwards, a banking professional for more than 28 years, has been named chief credit officer.

Law

McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland: Luke Morgan has been named a member in the firm's Lexington office. He has been with the firm since 2006 and has practiced law for more than 20 years. Morgan focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on administrative law, commercial and civil rights litigation, criminal law and gaming law.

Deschutes Brewery: Eddie Anderson has been named market sales manager for Ohio and Kentucky. Anderson will work closely with Heidelberg Distributing Co.'s Rampant Brands Division in managing Deschutes Brewery brands.

Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia: Randy Jackson, a former Lexington resident, has been promoted to senior vice president, human resources and administration.

Photizo Group: Mario Diaz has joined the Midway-based market research and consulting firm as vice president of consulting.
