Weather forecasts call for Winter Storm Leon to cause nasty road conditions. The LSU campus is shut down.

Yet, the show will go on: Kentucky will play LSU in men's basketball as scheduled Tuesday night. Tip-off is scheduled for a few minutes past 9 p.m. EST.

LSU sports information announced this afternoon that the game will be played as scheduled. A winter storm warning that began at 6 a.m. CST Tuesday put into question whether the game would be played.

LSU spokesman Kent Lowe said Tuesday morning that he was proceeding as if the game would be played as scheduled.

The LSU ticket office and the doors at the PMAC will open at 6:30 p.m. CST.
