The 24th annual Joe B. Hall Prep Classic, postponed by bad weather last Saturday, has been rescheduled for Feb. 9 at Montgomery County High School.

Prep Classic director Ira Combs was able to get eight of the 10 teams to take part — No. 8 Holmes and No. 1 Trinity were the exceptions — and he had to tweak the remaining schedule:

Fleming County vs. No. 14 Knott Central, 1 p.m.; No. 5 Hopkinsville vs. No. 24 Perry County Central, 2:30; No. 10 Montgomery County vs. No. 8 Wayne County, 4; No. 14 Henry Clay vs. No. 20 Southwestern, 5:30.

Combs said top-10 teams Holmes and Trinity couldn't reschedule, but they did commit to playing each other in next year's Prep Classic.
