Glenn Automotive Group merging with Wildcat Ford, Freedom Dodge Jeep Chrysler

Glenn Automotive Group announced this week that it will merge with Wildcat Ford and Freedom Dodge Jeep Chrysler. The strategic partnership will offer a wide range of makes, including Nissan, Ford, Hyundai, Infiniti, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Buick and GMC.

Cyrus Dicken Jr., president of Glenn, will remain as senior executive board member and partner of the new association. Cyrus Dicken Sr. also will continue as a board member. Jared Gaiennie will be the operating partner, responsible for day-to-day operations.
