One-vehicle crash kills Clinton County man

A Clinton County man died Friday in a single-vehicle wreck, according to Kentucky State Police.

James M. Cooksey, 60, of Albany, was driving west on Ky. 558 when his 2003 Ford F-150 pickup truck left the road and hit a tree.

Cooksey, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene, state police said.

The wreck happened at 10:05 a.m.
