Blue & Co.: Nancy Hehr has been named accounting specialist.

Central Bank: Michael Williams has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan review.

Kentucky Bankers Association: Louis Prichard, CEO and president of Kentucky Bank, has been named to serve on the Board of Directors of the KBA for 2014.


Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs: Alex L. Scutchfield has been named a partner in the Lexington office. He is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Service Team.

Block + Lot: Alaina Stokes has been named communications and marketing director for the commercial real estate brokerage firm.

Fazoli's: Jonathan Quinn has joined the company as vice president of marketing.

Kentucky Department of Corrections: Kristin Smith has been promoted to branch manager for the department's re-entry and home incarceration branch.

Paul Miller Auto Group: Mark Sawyer has been named the Mazda and heavy trucks service manager.
