Two are accused of Jessamine County robbery in connection with escort-service ad

March 4, 2014

Two people were arrested and charged Monday in connection with a Feb. 25 robbery in Jessamine County.

Corey Nellis, 25, of Wilmore, and Jenny N. Hall, 19, of Paint Lick, were arrested on East Brannon Road by the Jessamine County Sheriff's Office.

The victim had answered an ad on the Internet for an escort service, according to a release from Chief Deputy Allen Peel of the sheriff's office.

Nellis and Hall picked up the victim and took him to Groggins Ferry Road, where they put a knife to his neck and robbed him, the release said. The two are accused of stealing an undisclosed amount of cash.
