Blue & Co.: Matt Durham has joined the regional public accounting firm as a staff accountant, audit.

Cumberland Valley National Bank: Houston Hall has been named Lexington Market CEO.

Forcht Bank: Eddie Woodruff, chief marketing and communications officer, has been appointed to the bank's board of directors. Woodruff has been with the Forcht Group since 2007.

VisitLEX: Porter G. "P.G." Peeples, president and CEO of the Urban League of Lexington, has been named the newest member of the nine-person commission.

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways: Bill Gulick has been appointed director of the Division of Highway Design.
