LifePoint Hospitals has awarded Clark Regional Medical Center with the 2013 company-wide High Five Award for demonstrating excellence in health care delivery. Clark Regional Medical Center is part of LifePoint Hospitals. The High Five Award is an honor awarded annually to five of LifePoint's 61 hospitals, recognizing extraordinary achievement in demonstrating the company's High Five guiding principles: delivering high quality patient care; supporting physicians; creating excellent workplaces for employees; strengthening the hospitals' role in their communities; and ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Of the five hospitals recognized, only one is honored as the company-wide winner — the highest honor. This year's company-wide winner was Clark Regional Medical Center. The hospital received a check from LifePoint in the amount of $250,000 to be used to invest in facility improvements and technology as the hospital continues to grow and enhance its medical services.
