Julius Randle has not yet made a decision on entering this year's NBA Draft, his mother told the Herald-Leader on Wednesday night.

ESPN's Jeff Goodman, citing unnamed sources, reported Wednesday that Randle would leave UK after one season to start his professional career.

Carolyn Kyles, the player's mother, said the report is "not true" and no decision has been made.

"We are planning to talk about it this weekend," Kyles told the Herald-Leader. "It is amazing how some people would do something like that just to get stuff started."

Randle also tweeted that he has not yet decided: "I haven't made up my mind about the draft yet. Haven't even talked to my family about it. So it's all false."

Randle led Kentucky with 15.0 points and 10.4 rebounds per game this season, which ended with Monday night's loss to UConn in the national championship game.

The 6-foot-9 forward is projected as a top-five selection in this year's draft if he chooses to go pro.
