Possible UK transfer target Bryce Dejean-Jones committed to Iowa State on Sunday.

Dejean-Jones, who has played the past two seasons at UNLV, was in Ames for a weekend visit. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard is on pace to graduate next month and will be eligible to play immediately for the Cyclones. He announced his commitment on Twitter.

Kentucky was one of several schools that reached out to Dejean-Jones last month once it became clear that he would be leaving UNLV's program as a graduate transfer. The Cats will likely look to add at least one more perimeter player if they lose James Young, Andrew Harrison and Aaron Harrison to the NBA Draft.

Dejean-Jones averaged 13.6 points per game last season, leading the Runnin' Rebels in that category.
