Cal: 8 players could go in NBA draft; changing 1-and-done rule key to coach's UK future

In interviews Monday to promote his latest book, Kentucky Coach John Calipari talked about his players' NBA prospects as well as his own. A NCAA rule change to require players stay two years in college may be key to the coach staying at UK.

Kentucky Coach John Calipari said Monday that as many as eight UK players could enter this year’s NBA Draft.

"The good news is there are eight that could be going," he said on Dan Patrick’s radio show. "I know eight are not going."
