Miley Cyrus, shown at the Grammy Awards in January, has postponed several performances, including a concert scheduled for Saturday in Louisville, because of a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

DAN STEINBERG — Invision

— Miley Cyrus is postponing more concerts as she remains in a hospital for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

A representative said the singer won't perform Friday in Nashville or Saturday in Louisville.

According to Mileycyrus.com, her Nashville show is now scheduled for Aug. 7 and Louisville for Aug. 9.

Cyrus suffered from a sinus infection last week during her "Bangerz" tour. Her rep said she had "an extreme allergic reaction" to the antibiotic Cephalexin.

This week, Cyrus, 21, also canceled concerts in St. Louis and Kansas City, Mo. She postponed a show in Charlotte, N.C., last week because of the flu.

The Wrecking Ball singer's next scheduled tour date is Monday in Philadelphia.
