Wanted man captured in portable toilet in Laurel County

A man wanted by the Laurel County Sheriff's office was captured Wednesday night.

Zachary Franke of London allegedly shot at a cleaning lady Wednesday afternoon on Konitzer Drive near London and left on a bicycle carrying a pistol, according to the Laurel County sheriff's office.

Franke, 20, was found in a portable toilet at 7:45 p.m. while police were searching nearby apartments and residential areas in London. He has been charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and theft of a firearm. Franke was being held in the Laurel County jail.
