Pita Social, a new restaurant that calls itself "fresh, quick, casual," is open in Brighton Place next to Ramsey's Diner.
The menu offers house-made pitas, hummus, falafel, salads, and freshly squeezed juice. Breakfast pitas are available all day.

Whiskeys from Louisville's Michter's distillery will be served with each of the four courses, which include fried alligator tail, wild boar sliders, caramel corn-crusted pork belly, and venison sausage.
Don Godell cigars, imported from the Dominican Republic by Ron Blake, will be available. National racing analyst Ellis Starr will help handicap guests' Oak and Derby picks.
