Searching for smokers

Twice a month Lexington health inspectors hit the road in search of smokers. Health inspector Skip Castleman and his partner, Russ Cantrell, took the Herald-Leader along as they inspected. After 10 years of enforcing the smoking ordinance, most businesses comply. The holdouts are mostly bars and strip clubs. (
