May 25, 2014

A substitute teacher at Bullitt Central High School has been indicted on a sodomy charge after allegedly engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a student, the Courier-Journal reported. Shepherdsville police began investigating 33-year-old Suzanne Bickers last month after allegations of a relationship with a student arose at the high school, according to a news release. Administrators contacted police and removed Bickers from the classroom.

After a month-long investigation, a Bullitt County grand jury indicted Bickers on May 16 on sodomy and unlawful transaction with a minor charges.
