Two people have been charged in the fatal shooting Sunday of a Rowan County man, Kentucky State Police said.

Jaque Abrams, 19, and Julius "Jubee" Kolowitz, 20, both of Elizabethtown, are charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Bo Otis, 20, at a home in Morehead, according to state police in Morehead.

Otis was found shot in the head. He died Monday at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.

Troopers said they were looking for a third suspect, Anthony "Rell" Paysen, 19, of Hodgenville.

Abrams and Kolowitz were arrested Tuesday. Kolowitz turned himself in, state police said.
