Fire destroys Madison County home; reward offered

A reward has been offered for information about a fire that destroyed a Madison County home early Monday.

Kentucky State Police at the Richmond post said a $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for starting the fire about 4 a.m. Monday at a home on Brooks Lane.

No one was home at the time, and no injuries were reported.

An investigation in the case is continuing.
