A man whose body was found floating in the Licking River in Harrison County on Saturday apparently drowned, Coroner Tom Ware said. He identified the victim as Timothy Clem, 53, who had been living with his brother in Cynthiana.

People fishing in the river saw Clem floating on a kiddie pool Saturday and notified authorities. Clem apparently had been using the pool as a flotation device, Ware said.

Clem had had serious heart trouble, Ware said, and it was possible that he suffered a heart attack while swimming.
