Four wounded in Pike County shooting, KSP says

Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting that wounded four people in eastern Pike County.

Trooper Jason McClellan responded to a call about a shooting on Monday and found the four who were flown to Pikeville Medical Center, according to the Pikeville KSP post.

The incident occurred in the Stopover community, about 3.5 miles east of Phelps, according to troopers.

No names had been released early Monday afternoon.

Troopers are still on the scene and an investigation continues, state police said.
