Personnel File local hires and promotions: Week of July 14

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Beaumont: Anna Dennis has been named director. Jessica Wolf has been named assistant director.

WEKU-FM: Jonese Franklin has been named news director for the public radio service of Eastern Kentucky University. Since 2011, Franklin has served as operations manager and local All Things Considered host for the station. The Versailles native has 11 years experience in public radio.

Finance

Central Bank: Beth Lakes has joined the bank as vice president, risk management officer. Robin Oliver has been named senior vice president, financial planning. Justin Whipple has joined the company as vice president, employee benefits officer. Brenda Oaks has been promoted to assistant vice president, Internet banking. Julie Szymanski has been promoted to vice president, special assets.

Employee Benefit Associates: Christina Heckathorn has joined the company as compliance specialist.

Farmers Bank & Capital Trust Co.: Jill Van Hook has been named assistant vice president. The Lawrenceburg native joined the Frankfort bank in 1999.

Health care

Baptist Health Foundation Richmond: Jeri Allison has been named director of development.

Law

Dinsmore & Shohl: Luke A. Swain has joined the firm's Lexington office, where he will practice out of the corporate department working with the Taxation Group.
