Jimmy Martin Bullock is charged with kidnapping and rape of a 10-year-old girl.

Winchester police arrested a man on charges of kidnapping and first-degree rape involving a 10-year-old girl.

Jimmy Martin Bullock, 36, of Winchester was taken early Wednesday to the Clark County jail, said police Capt. James Hall.

At 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, police received a call about a missing girl in Quick Shop Trailer Park. Officers canvassed the area, and witnesses told police that the girl was last seen in the company of Bullock, Hall said.

Police went to Bullock's mobile home on Banana Drive and, after entering, found Bullock with the girl in a space below the floor.

"He'd cut a hole in the trailer floor and slipped underneath," Hall said. "We received statements from the victim that he had sexually assaulted her."

Bullock admitted assaulting the girl, Hall said. The girl was taken to Clark Regional Medical Center for treatment and was released back to her family, he said.

Bullock has an extensive criminal history, including thefts and assaults, Hall said.
