Man accused of fathering a child born to his daughter

August 9, 2014

A Lexington man is accused of fathering a child born to his daughter last month, according to Fayette District Court documents.

On Friday, Lexington police charged Demetrius Montez Hill, 35, on charges of incest and second-degree rape. The victim told police that her father had sexual intercourse with her in the fall of 2013 when she was 13 years old.

On July 24, the victim gave birth to a child, and a paternity test revealed that the victim's father was also the father of the victim's child.

Hill was lodged in the Fayette County jail. His arraignment in Fayette District Court is scheduled for Monday.
