Attention black mothers and grandmothers: The health department wants to talk to you about breast feeding.

The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department is holding several focus groups during September for black women with children younger than 1 year old. The sessions will explore how mothers decided whether to breast feed or use a bottle.

Each participant will receive a $25 gift card.

This project is sponsored by the Lactation Improvement Network of Kentucky through the University of Kentucky.
