EKU men's basketball schedule set

The Eastern Kentucky University men's basketball team released a 2008-09 schedule Wednesday that includes 14 home games along with trips to Texas Tech and Cincinnati.

"Our expectation is that the OVC will be the best that it has been in the four years that we have been at EKU," Coach Jeff Neubauer said in a news release. "Our non-conference slate, with opponents from the Big 12, Big East, Sun Belt and two from the MAC, should be an outstanding training ground for our new faces as we prepare for the OVC."
