Jarmon returns to UK practice

HERALD-LEADER STAFF REPORT

Kentucky defensive end Jeremy Jarmon has returned to spring practice after undergoing successful arthroscopic surgery on his knee. Jarmon said he felt pretty good rejoining his teammates, who are halfway through spring drills. Jarmon led the Wildcats with nine sacks and 13.5 tackles for a loss last year.

On the offensive side of the ball, Coach Rich Brooks said the offensive-line competition is the best he's had since he's been with UK. The team's spring game is set for April 19.
