WHO? Only registered Republicans and Democrats may vote in their party's primary races. All registered voters may cast ballots in non-partisan races, such as most judicial elections and city council races.
WHEN? Polls are open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time on Tuesday. Anyone in line by 6 p.m. may vote.
WHERE? Visit the Voter Information Center at the State Board of Elections' Web site -- www.elect.ky.gov -- to find out whether you are registered to vote, where you vote and your elected representatives.
WHAT? All voters must produce identification or be known by a precinct officer before voting. Types of ID that can be used include driver's license, Social Security card, credit card or another form of ID containing both photo and signature.
FRAUD? If you see any election irregularity, contact Attorney General Jack Conway's office at 1-800-328-8683.
