Turkey TV: Set your pop-up timers and test your small screen knowledge

By WENDY ZANG McClatchy-Tribune Information Services

The table is set, the potatoes are mashed, and the gravy is congealing in its boat. You carve into the bird and - surprise! - it's pink! While you scramble to get that bird cooked all the way through, give your guests something else to chew on.

Check out this quiz on our favorite Thanksgiving TV episodes. It comes in two parts: Part A: "Friends" - Because the sitcom had a decade-long run, and every year put out a very memorable Thanksgiving episode. Part B: Everything else - Because, we admit, there have been other shows on television, before and after "Friends."

"Alright, I'd like to propose a toast. Little toast here, ding ding. I know this isn't exactly the kind of Thanksgiving that all of you planned; but for me this has been really great, you know ... Anyway, I was just thinking, I mean, if you'd gone to Vail, if you guys had been with your family, or if you didn't have syphilis and stuff, we wouldn't be all together, you know?
