Education

Campbellsville University: Kyle Davis of Greensburg has been named director of campus safety and security. He worked for four years as a deputy of the Warren County Jail, where he was a member of the special emergency-response team tactical unit. John Ellis has been named an admissions counselor. He will be serving and recruiting from the Louisville area.

Finance

Central Bank: Cameron Abney has been named senior vice president and senior lender in Madison County. He will develop and maintain loan portfolios while managing the commercial lending department.

Forcht Bank: Scotty A. Harrison has been named relationship officer for the group's Williamsburg banking center. Before joining Forcht Bank, Harrison was self-employed as a licensed real estate appraiser in Kentucky.

National City Mortgage: Teague Sims has joined the division of ­National City Bank as a mortgage loan officer. The Danville native is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics.

Health care

Rockcastle Hospital and Respiratory Care Center: Amanda Blackburn and Heather Marlow have joined the Mount Vernon facility as speech language pathologists. James Messer has been promoted to director of the physical department. Teri Schott has been named an occupational therapist.

Organizations

Kentucky Club for Growth: Warren Rogers, president of W. Rogers Co., a Lexington construction company specializing in water facilities, has been named chairman. Andy Hightower has been named executive director. High­tower has served as a policy adviser to Ernie Fletcher for the last eight years.

Kentucky State Fair Board: Vicki Glass has been named vice president of public relations and media. Glass most recently served as deputy director of communications for Gov. Steve Beshear.

Other

My Favorite Things: Jana McGuire has been named manager of My Favorite Things and Drexel Heritage. McGuire previously served as director of operations for Spindletop Hall.

Neace Lukens: Amy Smallwood has been named personal-lines account manager for the Kentucky-owned independent insurance agency.
