Omni Architects: Jeff Bennett has been promoted to the level of associate in the firm. He has been with the firm since 1998. Kimberly Millerd has been named marketing manager. She previously served as senior associate for communications for the Council on Postsecondary Education in Frankfort.

Pikeville College: Michael M. Looney has been selected as the college's 17th president. Looney is currently the provost and vice president for academic affairs at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas.

National City: David McDowell has been promoted to senior vice president for the retail banking division. Ann Daugherty has been named branch manager at the Lexington Road location in Versailles. Ben Gulley has been named branch manager at the New Circle Road location. Justin Welch has been promoted to branch manager at the Gardenside Kroger location. Jeremy Brooking has been promoted to branch manager at the Bryan Station Kroger location. April Phillips has been promoted to branch manager at the Frankfort Kroger location and the Brighton Park Kroger location in Frankfort. Nicole Roca has been promoted to vice president. Erik Flaig has been promoted to vice president.

KET: Nancy Carpenter has been named director of education. She previously served as KET's director of arts and culture programs.
Preston-Osborne Marketing Communications and Research: Lauren Armstrong has joined the company as KCHIP initiative project manager for the United Way of Kentucky. She will coordinate the United Way of Kentucky's efforts with those of Governor Steve Beshear's office and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to enroll 35,000 children in the program by 2010. Amy Dedman has joined the company as executive account assistant. Previously, she was regional director of admissions for Centre College.
