February 2003: Dawn steals a prescription pad from a UK dentist's office.

September-November 2003: She writes fraudulent prescriptions for 540 pills.

Nov. 11, 2003: Dawn is arrested for theft of a prescription pad.

January 2004: Dawn is indicted on six counts of obtaining pills fraudulently and one count of theft of a prescription pad.

March 25, 2004: After pleading guilty, Dawn enters drug court.

March-May 2004: Dawn tests positive five times for using opiates and serves time in jail.
