Holmes focusing on making Ryder Cup

Campbellsville native and former UK golfer J.B. Holmes' win Sunday at the FBR Open qualified him for the Masters and put him in fifth place in points for the Ryder Cup, which will be played in September at Valhalla Country Club in Louisville.

"I want to play in my home state for my country," Holmes told the Arizona Republic. "I love the international competition. My main goal this year is to make the Ryder Cup team."
